Overview

• All oral presentations will have to be pre-recorded. 

The authors of accepted abstracts for an oral presentation have received an email with step by step instructions to record their presentation and book a recording time slot.

• Deadline to complete your pre-recording talk: Friday, September 17, 2021.
• All pre-recorded oral presentations will be made available for On-Demand viewing on ESGO eAcademy Portal after the conference.

Pre-Recording Oral Presentations

• Step 1: Book a time slot to pre-record your talk

60 minute time slots are available from August 20, 2021 until September 17,2021.

Once you have reserved your recording time and date, Calendly will send you a confirmation email.

• Step 2: Prior to your recording appointment complete the following steps:

1. 1. Review the technical guidelines and Live Session Information
   2. Complete the Authorization and Participation Agreement
   3. Three days prior to your appointment upload your presentation files.
