Key Dates

The upcoming ESGO Congress key dates include important deadlines for abstract submissions and reduced registration rates.

– Abstract submission

(Oral, Poster & Surgical Video) incl. place holders for LBA
  • Abstract Submission Deadline*: November 13, 2023 23:59 CET, with no extension!
  • Notification to authors of accepted abstracts: December 15, 2023
  • Late breaking abstract submission deadline**: January 15, 2024.

** Only submitters of the preliminary place holder abstract will be able to submit the final updated data and results during the Late-Breaking Abstract submission opening on January 2, 2024.

– Registration

  • Registration opens in October 2023.
  • Early Bird Rates end on January 2, 2024.
  • Standard Rates end on February 20, 2024.

– ESGO Exam 

  • NO ESGO Exam will be held at the Congress. The next opportunity is at ESGO 2025 in Rome.

– ESGO Congress

  • March 7-10, 2024 in Barcelona, Spain

– Pre & Post Congress Workshops

  • On Thursday, March 7, 2024 at congress venue.
  • On Sunday, March 10, 2024 at congress venue.
