ESGO is committed to providing a safe meeting environment and to ensuring the health and safety of all participants in its events.

 

COVID-19 Measures in the Czech Republic*

Inside events for up to 3000 participants are allowed with 100% occupancy of seats.

 

Congress participants must meet one of the following conditions:

• Proof of vaccination against COVID-19 more than 2 weeks prior to the congress. Accepted vaccines are the ones approved by the European Union or the UK NHS.
• Negative PCR test no older than 72 hours.

 

All participants must wear a respirator mask inside the building.

Required respirators for inside events include:

Social distancing required

• 1,5 meters
• With exception of catering (max. 6 people around table)

 

 

COVID Safe Congress

Arrivals

• Check of vaccine proof or negative tests at the entrance to the venue.
• Antigen self-test option will be available onsite for 10 EUR.
• Temperature measurement on every entry to the building.

 

Registration

• 1,5 m distancing at the self-registration kiosks
• Plexi glass protection at the Registration desk

 

Disinfection (entrance, at entrance to halls, exhibition / catering….)

 

Required distance in all halls, poster area, exhibition area etc.

 

Departures

• For attendees who need confirmation of a negative test for their onward travel, PCR tests will be offered onsite for 28 EUR.

The testing site will be open Friday–Sunday at the same hours as the Registration desk.
