General Instructions

• The Poster Area will be located on the ground floor in the Exhibition area of the hub27.
• Posters will be organized according to the topics and poster numbers.
• The poster boards will be labelled with specific poster numbers according to the programme.
• Posters must be prepared in LANDSCAPE style (please DO NOT prepare a portrait poster). The recommended dimensions are 90 cm high by 160 cm wide. Do NOT exceed the overall dimensions (97 cm high by 180cm wide).
• Posters should be attached to the boards with velcro stickers, which will be supplied by the organisers.
• Fixing material (velcro stickers, pins, etc.) will be available in the Posters Area.

Paper Poster Timelines

Group A

• Authors are invited to put up their posters on Friday, October 28, 2022 at 08:00.
• Posters will be displayed until 18:00 on this day only.
• We kindly request the presenters to remove the posters preferably before 19:00 otherwise they will be removed and discarded.

Please note this is a poster viewing only, no official time for discussion is given to speakers. However, we would like to ask all authors to stand by their poster(s) during the break from 14:40 – 15:40 to possibly answer questions from participants.

Group B

• Authors are invited to put up their posters on Saturday, October 29, 2022 at 08:00.
• Posters will be displayed until 18:00 on this day only.
• We kindly request the presenters to remove the posters preferably before 19:00 otherwise they will be removed and discarded.

Please note this is a poster viewing only, no official time for discussion is given to speakers. However, we would like to ask all authors to stand by their poster(s) during the break from 12:00 – 13:00 to possibly answer questions from participants.

ePOSTERS

• ePoster terminals will be located on the ground floor in the Exhibition area of the hub27.
• ePosters will not be presented at a specific session (time).
• In addition, all ePosters will be available in the ESGO mobile app and on the webplatform in the beginning of October.

Instructions for the preparation of your ePoster

• PPTX file saved as a PDF file - landscape format (ratio of 16/9 ideal).
• Not password-protected.
• One (1) Slide only.
• ESGO encourages you to use the ePoster template ESGO 2022_eposter_02 72dpi. Nevertheless, the use of templates is not mandatory, and presenters are free to submit their own designs and color schemes. However please bear in mind to keep the format ratio of your ePoster 16:9.

Instructions for the submission of your ePoster

• The ePoster submission system will be available from September 13, 2022.
• Please use the link HERE and login under your account with your email address to submit your ePoster.
• Deadline for ePoster submission: October 17, 2022 (23:59 CEST).

VIDEO CINEMA VIEWING

• Video abstracts which were not included in the video sessions will be shown/played in a loop on LCD screen at the Cinema Viewing area in the exhibition area.
• If not indicated by the author differently, we will use the video submitted with the abstract during abstract submission process.
• In case you would like to submit an updated 5 min video file, please use the link HERE and login under your account with your email address  /submission available from September 13/.
• The video file shall be up to 5 mins long and maximum size of 500 MB.
• The type of the video format should be MP4.
