General Instructions

• The Poster Area will be located on the 2^nd Floor within the Congress Hall foyer of the Prague Congress Centre.
• Posters will be organized according to the topics and numbers.
• The poster boards will be labelled with Poster ID according to the programme.
• Posters must be prepared in LANDSCAPE style (please DO NOT prepare a portrait poster).
  • The recommended dimensions are 90 cm high by 160 cm wide.
  • Do NOT exceed the overall dimensions (97 cm high by 180cm wide).
• Posters should be attached to the boards with Velcro stickers, which will be supplied by the organisers.
• Fixing material (Velcro stickers, pins, etc.) will be available in the Posters Area.

Poster Session Timelines

• Authors are invited to put up their posters from Saturday, October 23, 08:00
• The poster sessions will be officially open on Saturday, October 23 at 12:00.
• Posters will be displayed until Monday, October 25, 14:00.

We kindly request the presenters to remove the posters preferably before 15:00 otherwise they will be removed and discarded.
