PAPER POSTERS

 

• Authors are invited to put up their posters on Thursday, September 28, 2023, after 12:00 but not later than at 18:00.
• Posters will be displayed until 18:00 on Friday, September 29, 2023.
• We kindly request the presenters to remove the posters before 19:00 otherwise they will be removed and discarded.

 

Selected posters will be invited to join the Commented Paper Poster Session to be held on Friday, September 29, 2023, between 15:15-15:45. The poster will be commented by a discussant. The presenting author must be present and answer questions from the discussant and the audience.

 

All other PAPER POSTERS within Group A will be for "poster viewing only", no official time for discussion is given to these authors. However, we would like to ask all authors to stand by their poster(s) during the break from 15:05 – 15:50 to possibly answer the questions from the participants.

 

Group B

• Authors are invited to put up their posters on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at 08:00.
• Posters will be displayed until 13:00 on Sunday, October 1, 2023.
• We kindly request the presenters to remove the posters before 14:00 otherwise they will be removed and discarded.

 

Selected posters will be invited to join the Commented Paper Poster Session to be held on Saturday, September 30,2023, between 15:15-15:45. The poster will be commented by a discussant. The presenting author must be present and answer questions from the discussant and the audience.

 

All other PAPER POSTERS within Group B will be for "poster viewing only", no official time for discussion is given to these authors. However, we would like to ask all authors to stand by their poster(s) during the break from 15:05 – 15:50 to possibly answer the questions from the participants.

 

Paper poster authors are obliged to prepare and submit also the ePoster.

 

• ePosters terminals will be located on the congress floor (B02) in hall Beyazit.

 

Instructions for the preparation of your ePoster

• PPTX file saved as a PDF file - portrait format
• Not password-protected.
• One (1) Slide only.
• ESGO encourages you to use the ePoster template. Nevertheless, the use of templates is not mandatory, and presenters are free to submit their own designs and color schemes. However please bear in mind to keep the format ratio of your ePoster as a PORTRAIT style.

 

Instructions for the submission of your ePoster

• The ePoster submission system will be available from August 14, 2023.
• Please use the link HERE (available in August) and login under your account with your email address to submit your ePoster.
• Deadline for ePoster submission: September 11 September 15, 2023 (23:59 CEST).

 

Please note that ePosters will be displayed on special terminals during the whole congress. However, they will not be presented at a specific session. In addition, all ePosters will be available via the ESGO mobile app and online programme.
