The Czech Republic has been a member of the European Union since 2004. Citizens of the EU member states are required to carry their passports or other form of valid identification in order to enter the country.
The same applies for the citizens of Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway or Switzerland, who can move freely around the EU states. In 2007, the Czech Republic signed the Schengen agreement.
However, visa regulations depend on your nationality and country of origin.

It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa if required.
The organisers will be pleased to send a letter of invitation to any individual requesting one, once their registration and fee have been received.
It is to be understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential participants to obtain a visa. It is not a commitment on the part of the congress organisers to provide any financial support.
